Producers not
for 100 million,
but 10 billion

The Global Farmers / Fishermen / Foresters / Food Manufacturers Project (GFP) promotes the export of Japanese agricultural, fishery, forestry and food products and is supported by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.

The GFP was created to increase Japanese exports by bringing together producers (of agricultural, fishery, forestry and food products), sellers (such as trading companies and distributors) and the government.

We are creating a community for enthusiastic producers from all over the country, providing them with the information they need, and helping them network with vendors to achieve export success stories.

Why Export Now?

The population of Japan is expected to decline to around 100 million people by 2050, while the global population is expected to rise to around 10 billion. Since the global demand for Japanese food is increasing every day, now is the time to introduce Japanese brands to the world.
