誰もが安心して食べられる、体に優しいお菓子。
私たちが作るのは、アレルギーがあるお子様にも、食事制限のある大人の方にも、安心して食べられるお菓子です。 体に負担のかかる上白糖や動物性の油脂は使用せず、植物性の原材料のみを使用しています。 米粉は、国産のものを100%使用し、3大アレルゲンである「小麦粉・卵・乳製品」を完全に排除しました。 食べた瞬間、誰もが笑顔になれるような、美味しい時間をどうぞ。

お母さんが子供にお菓子を作る気持ちになってひとつひとつ愛情をこめて作っています
卵・乳製品・小麦を一切持ち込まない工場ですが、 小麦は粒子が小さく衣服への付着で持ち込む可能性がありますので、粘着テープの使用と、エアシャワーの2重の壁で対策を行っています。 また定期的に製造ラインや、製品のグルテン・カゼインの混入検査を行うことにより、安心してお召し上がりいただけるお菓子作りを行っています。 製造スタッフは女性が中心です。お母さんが子供にお菓子を作る気持ちになってひとつひとつ愛情をこめて作っています。

We do not bring in any flour, eggs, or dairy products into the factory, and we take measures to prevent allergens from contamination in with the wheat that might be brought in by adhering to clothing through air showers and thorough hygiene control. In addition, we regularly check the production line and products for gluten and casein contamination to create an environment where customers can enjoy their food with peace of mind.
