生産品について
Our wheat products are produced from the seeds of the same grain that has been appreciated so highly by the residents of Gunma Prefecture over the years. The abundant blessings of the earth and the strong dry winds that tumble down from the nearby majestic Joshu Akagi Mountain Range are responsible for nurturing this wheat and providing it with its special flavor.
We cultivate the wheat, we mill the wheat,
we make the noodle dough, and we cut the noodles

kneading as well as in our setting, preparing and rolling the dough and cutting the noodles ourselves.
From the skill and art involved in this process, we are able to draw out the essential flavor of the wheat in the noodles that we make here at the NEGISHI BUSSAN Company.
